Property Tax Protest

Summary Report

New Mexico is one of a handful of non-disclosure states in the Union.  That means that the sales price of real estate is not disclosed, nor is the buyer or seller required to disclose sales price or other property info.  In a decade of property tax protests, I have found the assessor’s offices around the state to be staffed with competent, professional individuals, who have a desire to obtain a fair property assessment for the citizens of New Mexico.  In the last five years, we have protested over 8,512 units of residential communities obtaining on average a reduction of property taxes of 24%.
