Determine the highest and best use of this site—combining information from downtown stakeholders, focus group sessions and market trends to determine what the possible uses for this site could be.

History

Formerly Albuquerque’s original car dealer row, then home to the historic Franciscan Hotel and the Masonic Temple the property has been used as a surface parking lot for decades

Results

141 page report—included comprehensive market overview of residential, retail and office uses on a macro and micro level.  Recommended a mixed use community with office condos, live+work spaces, residential rental, retail, micro retail, restaurant, an internal parking structure and a “Hastings like” tenant as a retail anchor.
